Bobo Direct LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as the operator of BoboDirect, is based in Virginia, USA and is committed to protecting your privacy. We sell inflatable free-standing punching dolls and ship from our Virginia warehouse to all U.S. and Canadian destinations, with free shipping included in the purchase price. Future shipping to Mexico, South America, and Europe will be established once affordable shipping options and associated costs are well defined.
This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our site, place an order, or interact with us.
Information We Collect
We collect personal details you provide, such as name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number, and payment information (processed securely by third-party gateways—we do not store full card details). Your data helps us process orders, fulfill shipments, send order updates and customer service responses, prevent fraud, and improve our products and site. This CCPA Notice applies only to California residents and supplements the main BoboDirect Privacy Policy.

Going forward, BoboDirect will collect the following categories of personal information:
