Welcome to BoboDirect.com, operated by BoboDirect, a Virginia, USA home-based business. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
General
⦁ We sell inflatable free-standing punching dolls (water-filled base, PVC construction) for fitness and recreational use.
⦁ All orders are shipped from our Virginia warehouse with free shipping already included in the price.
⦁ We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and Canada. Shipping to Mexico, South America, and Europe may be added later.
Ordering & Payment
⦁ Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
⦁ You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes if we expand international shipping.
⦁ Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other gateways. We never store full credit-card numbers.
Shipping
⦁ U.S. & Canada orders ship free via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or similar carriers.
⦁ Typical delivery: 3–8 business days (U.S.), 5–14 business days (Canada).
⦁ We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by you.
Returns & Refunds
⦁ 30-day return window from delivery date.
⦁ Product must be unused, deflated, and in original condition (no water damage, no punctures, no heavy wear).
⦁ Customer pays return shipping unless the item originally arrived damaged or defective.
⦁ Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
⦁ No refunds on items damaged by over-filling, over-inflation, misuse, or sharp objects.
Warranty
⦁ 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects (seam separation, valve failure, etc.) when used as intended.
⦁ Normal wear and tear, punctures, over-inflation, or over-filling are not covered.
⦁ Remedy is repair or replacement at our discretion.
Product Safety & Use
⦁ Recommended for ages 6+ (adult supervision required for children).
⦁ Must be set up exactly according to the included instructions.
⦁ You assume all risk of injury or property damage from improper setup, over-filling, over-inflation, or misuse.
⦁ Do not allow sitting, standing, or climbing on the product.
⦁ Use only on flat, non-slip surfaces away from sharp objects.
Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent allowed by law:
⦁ Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
⦁ We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including injury, water damage, or property damage).
Intellectual Property
All content on BoboDirect.com (photos, text, designs) is owned by us or licensed and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The new version applies to orders placed after the effective date.
Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Informal Resolution First
If you have any concern or dispute, you agree to first try to resolve it by contacting us at support@bobodirect.com. Most issues are quickly resolved this way.
Binding Arbitration (U.S. Customers)
If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, you and BoboDirect agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879).
⦁ Arbitration will take place in Richmond, Virginia, or (at your election) by telephone or video conference.
⦁ The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
⦁ No class actions: You may only bring claims in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
Small Claims Court Option
Instead of arbitration, either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in Virginia (or your county of residence) if the claim qualifies.
30-Day Opt-Out Right
You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to:
BoboDirect, to our below referenced physical address within 30 days of your first purchase. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in Virginia state or federal courts.
Canadian & Future International Customers
If you reside outside the United States, disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA (excluding conflict of laws rules).

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version applies to orders placed after the new effective date.
