Shipping
- U.S. & Canada orders ship free via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or similar carriers.
- Typical delivery: 5–1 business days (U.S. and Canada
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or inadvertent incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Product must be unused, deflated, and in original condition (no water damage, no punctures, no heavy wear).
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item originally arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- No refunds on items damaged by over-filling, over-inflation, misuse, or sharp objects.
Warranty
- 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects (seam separation, valve failure, etc.) when used as intended.
- Normal wear and tear, punctures, over-inflation, or over-filling are not covered.
- Remedy is repair or replacement at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including injury, water damage, or property damage).
